My car was broken into about 4 months ago. I alerted the leasing office and never even got a response. About 2 weeks later, we all received letters that cars were being broken into. A few months went by and then we all received letters again about a month ago that more cars have been vandalized in our complex. EVEN After all these break-ins, management doesn't feel a need to fix our gates which have been broken for a few weeks now. The exit gate is open 24 hours a day. On top of the security issues, couples can be heard scremaing and fighting in the parking lot at all hours of the night and my whole building is at war with each other. The police are called almost nightly to this complex....yet they can't keep the vandals away. Spend more money and go to a nicer complex....I can't wait to move when my lease is up.

Believe me, the issue with security and safety there goes well beyond just a few months. I moved there over a year ago and literally had to get out of my lease it was so bad. When I moved in, I thought that I was paying for the security gate and the management touted it as being brand new and the best thing since sliced bread. The old gate never worked, and now this semi-new one doesn't work either. The car break-ins are a constantly ongoing problem with this place, and all management does is reactive when what they should be doing is taking a proactive stance. Apparently those "on-site" police officers living there really don't stop vandals from doing what they want.
