It's amazing how people can t understand how to live in a melting pot. All of you complainers sound a bit racist to me. GROW UP! I have no problems with the people in the office or my neighbors. Did you ever think of saying HI to your neighbor' If you are that unhappy go buy a house.

This response is outragous because when we took over from Archstone, we replaced all the roofs and siding, then painted every building. We cut down many, many trees to open the property up. We upgraded the access gates, repaived both parking lots. I could go on and on...you should speak to someone that has lived there before we got there before making such ugly comments

I lived @ The Pointe for a 12-month term and I hated living there! If you take the time to read the reviews on here you will find most people had issues living here. For your information this place is the best example I know of that would make somone decide to purchase a home if they can afford too. Racist? I think it has more to do with having standards than being racist...........and this place has none! Anything goes here. Of course they will lead you to believe everything is fine untill you become a resident then you are told that is apartment life. Hope you like hearing loud bass underneath you and smelling your neighbors cooking. Welcome to The Pointe @ Perimeter!
