The 1st apartment building I was in had a roach infestation. I was killing them almost every day. Agggghhhhhhh!!!!!!!

The 2nd apartment building I'm currently in has turned into a college dorm on my floor. Loud laughing, yelling & screaming every day...traffic back and forth with LOTS of friends; door keeps slamming. Loud music banging all hours of the night. It's so annoying & disrespectful to working families.

Call the courtesy officer, you say' That option no longer exists on the after hours leasing office phone menu. NOW WHAT'''!!!

And then there is the STENCH of food seeping into my apartment from the one below. OH MY WORD!!!!!! Can you spell S-T-I-N-K''''' It's enough to make me VOMIT!!!!!!! Burning oils everyday is not cutting it!

Office staff is courteous and professional. Property manager absent (went home "sick" today). Rude when present. Assistant Manager...haven't met her yet, but hear she's usually there.

I'll be moving soon for sure!

OMG!!! I totally agree with the previous poster today. They cam to "spray" my apartment for roaches, guess what they still are there. Came home one day and it smelled as if someone took a nice dump in my living room floor!! Called ofc to check it out, turns out the smells are coming from my neighbors "ethnic" cooking. Been here since it was Archstone, tired of the many changes of management, plus what happened to the "click Cafe"??What a joke! Don't move here!!! Hell, I 'll be out soon anyway, just like everyone else they will only let you renew your lease for the max of 9 mths, since, they are doing "renovations" move into another apartment there with only 600sq ft. for nearly $900? no thanks!!
