This really is a good place to live

I have lived at the Pointe for a year now. It's a very nice place to live. The price is good for the amount of space, and the grounds are always kept clean. It's close to any restaurant or shopping you could want. All of those things are even walkable, which is very nice in the summertime.
I would stay here if I weren't young and wanted to meet people my own age. The residents are generally families with small children or older people.
I've never had any problems with bugs, noise, or maintenance. Parking is always available for you and even multiple guests.
I would be content in staying if I didn't have different social goals.

you stated you are young so you must not have lived at many apartment communities. If you think this place is good you apparently have never lived in a nicer class community.
