If you are looking for peace and stress free living, then trust me when I say that this is not the place for you. The management team are complete amateurs. Parking is sometimes adequate because so many tenants have moved out. There is always the strange smell of spicy foods from the eastern asian residents, and this can be annoying. This is not a racist statement--just a fact. Terrible customer service. Quality and service have substantially decreased since new ownership. You would think that living in Dunwoody would guarantee a certain level of quality, but NOT in this case...Be smart and pay a little extra. You won't regret it. Location doesn't mean everything!

The management staff are really ad. They don't respond to the complaint calls. The maintenance of the apartment is pathetic. The gates are open 24 hours making the residents safety vulnerable to rouges.
