This place is worst place to live. Highly unhygenic/Unsafe for number of reasons.

(1) Never dying roaches,bugs - useless to use any roach killers on them as they live happily & thrive. But it is nightmare for residents. These roaches and bugs gets into everything from groceries to your food, to your laundry,to your laptop, to your strollers & carseats (ofcourse even in your cars.)You can find bugs all over the property. They exist all over the apartment and travel with you wherever you go. If we change the apartments, these bugs will follow us since they made their house in our furniture now. It is like a living curse!

(2)Water leakage - Whenever it rains in the city, the bedroom carpet gets wet! You cannot sleep in your own bedroom! The maintenance comes up to set up the drier unit which runs for 5 days (ofcourse you end up paying the additional utility bills). On next rain the same story. They do not find the permanent fix as the manager is not interested in fixing the things as long as he is getting his money. If you ask about unhygenic conditions, he will tell you to leave the place and he will find somebody else to go through the misery. Manager proudly brags that "THIS IS MY STYLE OF DOING BUSINESS".
(3) Security: Recently management sends a letter to the residents about possibility of the identity theft as one of their employee stole & sold the info. Another Nightmare for lifetime. Every now and then management sends a letter about car theft, vandalism or robberies in the apartment. Besides, entrance gate is always broke. Anybody can come in.

(4) Noise- You can hear the drumbeats in your bedroom in midnight.

"" MUST NOT LIVE HERE IF YOU HAVE FAMILY"" OTHERWISE IT WILL BE A NIGHTMARE. DON'T GET DECEIVED BY LOCATION!

Do you know if the previous tenants information was stolen as well? I am a previous resident and I am not sure if they kept my information on file or not, which means that I could easily be in the same situation that everyone else is in and my identity could be stolen, only the management has no way of getting this information to all of their previous tenants, do you know if they are going to do that or if it affects us as well? Any information is greatly appreciated.
