Rude Staff, Water leaking from Floors

I previously lived at the Pointe at Perimeter apartments, and I certainly do not regret moving. First and foremost, the management staff is rude and unproffesional towards the residents, especially after you move in. The leasing manager is the absolute worst. If you decide to rent here, please, do yourself a favor and do not rent a first floor apartment. As stated by other reviewers, whenever it rains water leaks up into the carpet, and will give your room and apartment a horrible mildew smell. The maintenence does nothing about this and I lost an entire collection of shoes due to the water leakage coming up from the carpet. As I have said, management is extremely rude and they attempted to trap us into another lease over some b.s. about a 60 month notice non renewal notice. Of course, my roomate had already put a deposit down for another lease when we found this out. My boyfriend and friends had seen the apartments and under no circumstances would any of them renew a lease at these overpriced apartments.
I just found out that a leasing agent stole some resident information. I guess I'll be taking a look at my credit report.
