I went ahead and called the people for fixing stoves and pest controls, few hours later when called to verify the status - guess what - the work order was not entered by the gentleman who noted down my request on a peice of paper and guttered it apparently.

I used to live at there and hated it. I was on the Dunwoody Gables side. Now I live at an Amli apartment. They have a 48 hour service guarantee. It is just one of their many perks.
