I lived at The Pointe for 14 months from Feb 2007 through April 2008.

I will list some reasons you do not want to lease here:

1. Management and Leasing Agents will tell you what you want to hear and give you tasty cookies to bait you. Once you bite and sign the lease and move in all the acts of sweet and nice are gone. You become just another renter who is annoying to them.

2. You can smell your neighbors cooking on all sides and the smells are horrible. Sometimes I would come in to my apartment and nearly fall over with horrible
smells.

3. You will hear neighbors music and subwoofers at all hours. Calling management to complain is useless, you will be told that is apartment dwelling.

4. Parking is horrilbe, the spaces are made for small compact cars and as you can see there are more SUVs on the road than economy cars. Your cars will get dented here.

5. The type of people who live here are generally low class, and disrespectful.

6. If someone lives above you, you will hear them walking and stomping and be woken up at any hour of the night.

7. Cars come into the complex with loud music and thumping bass (This refects #5)

8. The equipment in the exercise room is usually not working properly or simply not working at all.

9. During my 14 months of misery living here I thought I would go relax by the pool one warm Saturday afternoon. That lasted 10 minutes due to screaming, unsupervised children, and undesirable people loittering at the pool. Also, I would like to mention people would loitter in the parking lot at night as well as using stairways to smoke, use cell phones, and be obnoxious.

10. Maintainance can takes days or more than one call. Also, the maintainace crew looks scary.

11. I love dogs, but some residents would leave their barking dogs on balconies and they would urinate and drop down on yours. Again, managment will do nothing.

OK - I COULD CONTINUE, BUT I THINK YOU GET THE POINTE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

* I lived at 4 apartment complexes in my lifetime and this was the absolute worst.
