I have lived here for about a year and a half now. I have never dealt with such poor management or "customer service" in my life! The office staff and maitenance staff are just simply unorganized! Every time I call in a service requset...its never done right the first time and I end up making 2-6 phone calls following up...where you at' Whats the status' Why is it taking you 3 weeks to get out here' Bottom line is I am one of a bunch that is not satisfied with living here.

well not only that they have a girl that steals peoples information that lives there as well, as works "shannon" people should call corp on them as well as i did

I have had issues from paying $975 monthly rent to them lower it to $840 and the clientele of residence changing...in addition mold and mildew forming in windows....its the lowest rated apts in Dunwoody...dont think twice pay more for the confortability
