I lived at the Point of Perimeter with my boyfriend and I loved it there , we lived on the 3rd floor. It was newly renovated 2 bedroom witha sunroom. Relaxing no bugs, no noise problems, just great. I am now looking for an apartment and cant find anything at a price i could afford. PAP is somewhat expensive but hey ur in Dunwoody. I would recommen it, ( the renovated ones, we used to live in another one and it wasnt that great we had AC problems and they kept "trying" to fix it.
