This place is not the absolute worst but, if you can afford more then move on. Some of the problems start with the management and they are not familiar with the product they are selling and do not tell you all that you want to know before you move-in. The doors are not well insulated the frame and door are not seated properly.Yes, I did have weather stripping applied to the frame. You won't really notice it until the winter. If you hold your hand up to the seal you will feel the air blowing through. This is a significant concern because the heat comes of the hot water system. It doesn't heat the air as hot and it will be chilly in the winter.
The same poorly sealed door also let the large "cockroaches/water-bugs" and centipedes in from the outside. You find them like Easter Eggs! The appliances look nice but are not special, e.g. the frig's defrost is noisy process until you get used to the noise. The new community has changed with the rent moving down it has brought in more college students. Way, Way, (one more time) Way more noise. Folks take a physics class! Low frequencies (Bass) travel through walls. Dumb student I guess! Oh, what's with the Wendy's bag being left in the parking lot.
There is little parking. No sidewalks, that matters when you want them and you run over a dumb-ace walking in the street. Although it is a great location being in Dunwoody. Train, Wally World, shopping, eats and night life.
