I thought I was getting a deal but I was just getting screwed. I'll upload some photos later so you can see my brown water and fitness centers that are full of broken machines. They recently put signs on them, but I talked to someone who has been here almost a year and they're been like that for a minute. I moved in at the end of July, and I can already say that I will not be renewing my lease under this management staff. The office staff is friendly but not to bright. They tried to charge me a late fee for rent that was paid on time but because they are now closed on Sundays and did not process until Tuesday. I told them about water on the floor in the laundry facility and no one ever cleaned it up....I guess they are just waiting for a lawsuit. Really wish I need about the "pets" that were included in the apt - I have recently found an unwanted guest walking through the door. To their credit, they did start a new treatment program and you can have them come by regularly. A co-worker of mine never had this program when she lived her under one of the other manangement companies. These people are just slack and cheap. I want out of my lease now, even it that means having to get a roommate to get one of the better apartments in the Perimeter area. Try Post or Gables. I'm looking at them now. Lived in Gables before and their 24 hour service call is great, if they don't respond then they take off your rent - or they did when I lived at one of their complexes years ago. Also there are some kids (not bad) but everyone seems to have a dog, several people with 2-3, small breeds that bark a lot. Not sure if they are working on it or not but when I walked to the fitness center (that has only 1 functioning treadmill, 2 broken, broken ellipticals too) there was a slight sewage smell nears some of the apts up near the front near the pool entrance.
