I'll called this apartment home for almost four years and my overall experience was decent. When my roommate and I first moved in, the office staff was excellent, but after about a year the staff changed and the new staff wasn't as good.
I had several maintenance problems that I would have to call and raise a fuss about before I could get someone to come out. I remeber mostly, that my toilet was broken and would sometimes overflow. I called several times and it took awhile before it was ever fixed. One time in paticular, I called said that it overflowed and that I'm sure that the downstairs neighbors apartment got some of it. I didn't receive a response until two days later when the neighbor came home and called them because his apartment was flooded.
Generally, it really was an ok apartment and I felt completely safe there. In the four years that I lived there the only incident of crime I was aware of was when my roomate got his cd player stolen from his car.
