Trash issues, people hanging out in the breezeawy leaving trash,old appliances,tile falling off bathroom walls reported 3 times to get this repaired I was told maintenance will take care of it HA! have they nooooooo; bathromm sink backed up for 1 month sink also leaks underneath that's been reported also.

They want to get paid on time but the problems are'nt taken care of, I've never been late paying my rent and I've been there for 2 1/2 years.

This time will not renew my lease.

I will never ever refer anybody to this complex.
