At first it was ok, they lure you in with the 35.00 to move in deal. The apartment was ok, They told me that I would have a new dishwasher when I moved in (they told me that 2 months before I moved in) and guess what wasn't done when I moved in' Yep no dishwasher, I had to deal with the B*&^CH in the front office for 3 more weeks befor they brought it to me. That was all ok, I could deal with it. However now that I am moving out it is hell!!! I sent them a 60 days notice and they claim to have never received it (thank god I sent it certified mail) They claim that I owe them 2,216.00 for moving out and not giving notice...
They are scam artist. Not to mention they can't keep the same property manager for more than a freaking week.

Oh yeah and there were gun shots a couple weeks ago and quite a few coms and EMTs were there. There was also a fire the first week we were there.

When I tried to move out, they told me I would have to pay $250 in damages for having pets (the place was immaculate, and looked better than when I moved IN). I mentioned that I had paid pet deposit when I moved in, and the woman at the office told me that they'd changed software since we moved in, and she had no access to the old information, so I'd need to pay the deposit again. Needless to say I had the issue taken care of, but I couldn't *believe* she tried to use that line on me!

I personally think things are good. New painting on the exteriors and the grounds are nice. A very large pool as well. The new manager seems to be going the right direction as far as cleaning up and cleaning out. Maybe this means you.

I agree that they have not had the best management as noted above. Hovever, I have lived here since 2007 and since may 2008 there has been an improvement. So I give the new management a lot of credit for cleaning things up.
