I lived here with my sister for a year, 07-08. I liked it. Friendly office. They paint a wall for you. When I first started looking, I asked for the kitchen to be repainted, and they did right away. Management office did change a lot but I saw no problem in that. The policy at that time was that if you put in a work order, it would be done in 24hrs, if not, they refunded a part of your rent. Don't know if that is still the case. Neighbors were friendly but it started going a bit downhill when we left. Almost everyone had pets that I knew of. Entire complex was paved new. Central location in Medical Area. Decent rent prices. I would recommend checking out. Car did get broken into once, but backpack was left in plain view. Did have a bit of a crack in foundation, but didn't affect me.
