We relocated from Detroit, MI and we found this place over the internet. We were told this was a great place to live and that they had more than ample amenities, i.e. working pool, nice units etc. However, when we spoke with the front office personel, we were informed that the pool was under construction, the floor finish molding was not installed, the fausets leaked, the flooring was coming up and the outside wall on the rear balcony was non-existent. We even have a pest issue in our unit that we keep getting promises that it will be taken care of which was not disclosed until we signed on the dotted line. Needless to say we will definitely not renew our lease. I absolutely would not recommend this place to anyone who enjoys the mediocre things in life, much less the finer ones. Oh yea, they're changing their name to Highland Retreat, DON'T BE FOOLED, its the same nightmare with a new name.
