We've been here almost a full year (only because it would cost me 1500. to break the lease) All the promises are just like any where else, it's to get you in. For the most part the apartments would be nice if money was invested. The apartment they show you is nothing like the one you'll get. The apartments to the rear of the complex are very old and you can tell it by walking across the floor and even up the stairs. My bedroom floors moves so much I won't put furniture in the room. The railing is in adequate and dangerous. The outside lighting is extremely poor and borders dangerous when taking the stairs. AS for maintenance, they try, I will give them that. The office team is new, again, but plesant. The worst part is the danger. When ever something happens in the area, you can bet they live here. The security is non existant, they claim to have two pool, only if they've just recently built one, two playgrounds, yeah right. The young people hang out like theres a club on the grounds. Beware of broken glass on the ground and trash within a few feet of the trash cans. Just remember, you get what you pay for. But now there are new owners let's see what happens now.
