i dont live in these apartments but my friend does so i frequent here often. i wasnt that bad the only thing is her downstairs bathroom's toilet was broke and was never fixed so we always had to go upstairs and she lived closer to the entrance which didnt seem to be that bad excluding the kids who were all over the place outside but she would tell me the apts up the hill n the back were another story. i've never been up there but i've seen some of the people who come from down that way and i dont think i'll ever try her on her advise, she still stays there and has renewed her lease so it mush not be too bad

I stay up the hill but just because I do dont mean that Im a bad person or that I deserve to settle for less. I moved here from memphis, tn. I dont have any other family here so I had no other choicebut after signing the lease but to stay here. Of course the bugs and problems dont show intil u get moved in. But thanks to God these 4 months of hell are over! Im moving! I dont see why anyone would ever want to renew their lease in these molded, roach infested apartments, but like u said she stays in the front where they keep the apartments up. Good luck to her!

i didnt mean everyone that stays up there are bad people and i apologize if i offened you but up the hill is where most of the problems are yea they must keep the front up because she dosent have a bug or mold issue
