The apartment are very well kept and nice on the inside but when they designed the floor plans they did not do a good job in placing the phone, cable, and light switches in right places throughout the apartment. They have airplanes that pass over every 30 seconds to a minute and I can handle the noise of the planes because it is not so bad but I can hear these ghetto kids yelling all the time. I can hear everything they are saying with the windows closed. I don't open my window because the kids are yelling so loud that I can't hear my tv on the loudest notch and I live on the very top floor (3rd). They disrupt my sleep constantly. They are always unsupervised, they are always loud and rude. The other day I had to break up a fight, just so I could have some peace and quite. They are always out after dark. They gates are always messed up so people come in as they please. I cant even hear my neighbors. There are also people walking up and down throughout the neighborhood so anybody can just come in. The staff is nice. The other things that I don't like is that you have to pay water, sewer, and trash seperate. They send the billt out with you rent and the pricing gets high. When you live in East Point you have to pay the same amount for trash as for someone who has a house and lately that has been an extra 60-70 dollars added to my rent and I am only home about 10 days a month. I can't wait to move because the noise is bad. I am not a angry tenant, I do expect some noise but not louder than a airplane going over your place that's ridiculous and watch out for the cars that loud to play there music loud enough for you to hear every word with the windows close.
