I was the 1st tenant in my APT in the 400 building. I saw the TRANSFORMATION from peaceful surroundings----- TO GHETTO RIDGE on WASHINGTON. The Parking back here is HORRIBLE. The 400 and 500 Bldg share the parking space in front of each building, UNLIKE ever other building that has parking on the front and back on each BLDG. For safety reason I assume, they pulled about 10 or so spots and turned them into fire zones. So that sucked. The gates are always broken, then when they are working, CARS can still tailgate in. They installed them KILLER speed bumps, they need some arms. The pool was OFF THE CHAIN this summer. MY GOODNESS--GIRLS pulling tops up N down. BOYS exposing themselves. I had to take my lil nephew home because of that. The staff is OK. They keep the grounds looking good. The trash compactor is forever runnin over. Just glad that my lease is almost up and I am moving. Its a OK place to live. I am not sure as to what goes on up in the front. Other then the parking in the back. It was a ok place to live. Just need a change now..

Yes...I am with you!!! It was a great place to live once apon a time Like you we were one of the first family to move out there. I live in Building 200 and have seen a drastic change in the property. It is very Ghetto there. People hanging around outside kids contantly unsupervised and pulling the fire alarms. The ground in the building i live in is Horrible the shrubs are broke down and there is no pinestraw or bark so we have just that red clay. my lease will be up soon and i have been finding some great deals on Craig's List maybe you should take a look.

OMG!! I JUST WENT THERE TODAY TO LOOK AT AN APARTMENT, IM GLAD YOU POSTED THIS, CAUSE EVERY COMMENT I HAVE READ IS HORRIBLE, I THINK I WILL LOOK FOR AN APARTMENT ELSEWHERE!!!
