Oxford R. is certainly a refreshing environment to be located in East Point GA. The Townhomes are nice, but on the small side. They do not provide enough Bedroom or closet space. The staff is very professional. Brandii is wonderful. The property manager stays lock in her office and is not friendly at all. I have been living at Oxford R. for over a year and I renewed my lease, because it is also in a great location. Near the airport and the Market place. I would recommend that Oxford R. would stop getting rid of employees. They had a pregnant woman working there and then they let her go. The older gentleman Chris has been here from the beginning, and then Sheron, and all of a sudden she is no longer working there. Well, it's nice. The staff or who ever makes decision with hiring and firing needs to think again.

Oxford Creek is certainly a wonderful property. It is refreshing for EP. However, the staff is always curteous. I live here and I am unsure who the property manager is. I thought it was Cheryl, but she is the assistant. I can't really say much about the property manager accept she or he needs to be more involved with the tenants here. They did get rid of Sheron which is crazy, but we are glad that Brandii is still there. She is just as pleasant as Sheron. They should inform people that the staff is changing, becuase some tenants get attached to there leasing consultant. The property is very clean the majority of the time and maintenance is wonderful. Alex and Earl are GREAT! I hope they will stop replacing staff, it will give the tenants a sense of stability. But overall, I would highly recommend living here. We have had a few break-ins but nothing major or serious.
