My name is Penny Gwynn and I am the Business/Community Manager for Oxford Ridge Rental Townhomes. I am responding to the comments that were made on this web site. I would like to invite the resident who has not met me to please stop by the office at your convenience. I make every effort to get to know all my residents. I know many of them work long hours, as I do and can't get by. My door is always open for conferences, discussions, or just to visit. I am constantly walking the community or clubhouse area and make it a point to stop and speak with everyone I encounter. I truly enjoy my career, my staff and my residents.
RAM honored us with the Lease Up of the Year Award in December of 2005. Each member of my team has received an award for their positions. We owe the success of Oxford Ridge to our efforts in providing our residents with the best service in the industry.

Sharon, our leasing consultant took maternity leave last fall after the birth of her daughter and has since returned to the RAM family at another location. We miss her and wish her all the best. She stays in touch weekly and is enjoying her new community. BuLYzGcKAVo8MQPlcXJq
