As long as you don't have any complaints or problems you will like it. Management tends to be more focused on making money than providing excellent customer service (will, if anything, do the bare minimum). The gate doesn't keep "the element out." Yes it is a very nice looking property, but all that glitters isn't gold (poorly built).
