I agree with the comment made below about being satisfied with these apartments as long as you don't have any complaints. When I was a prospective tenant they were more than willing to attend to my needs, but now that I'm a resident it seems that its harder to get anyone in the office to answer the phone when I call for a concern. Whether I'm calling for a maintenance issue or there are some men outside about to get into a physical altercation, the phone continues to ring in the office. Heaven forbid anything serious happen...but then I guess that's what 911 is for. The apartments are decent, but customer service could be a bit better.
