Don t let the model home fool ya!

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007
I have lived at Oxford Ridge since December 2007. I love the convenience of the location, but the apartments are ridiculously overpriced, poorly built and needs new management. There have been several complaints concerning gangs congregating outside in the parking lots. The on-site officer has been called several times. The townhomes are very small with very little closet space. The management is very unprofessional and more concerned with making enough money to pay for the newly built phase instead of your well-being and complaints. I am a student and take tape and online classes. I was wondering why I wasn t receiving my tapes, come to find out UPS was leaving my tapes at the front and no one from the rental office tried to contact me after three weeks of missing my tape class. Yes, there have been a couple of break ins so I decided to invest in an alarm system. I have ants and other insects that creep in from the wooded area out back. The walls are paper thin and my neighbor plays rap music every morning around 7:00. The price is definitely not worth the space! If you can afford living here, just think about the amenities and space you could have elsewhere. My lease is not up, but I am thinking about paying out of my lease so I can move elsewhere. I need more space so I will not feel so confined in this cramped apartment. Don t let the model home fool ya!
