What I am about to tell you is the honest God's truth. I have lived in several apartments pretty much all my adult life, but never have this happen. Last night I was asleep in my bed around 3:30am, I felt something run across my feet. It is very hard for me to write this review; anyway, I instantly awoke to see a very fast, black shadow of a rodent. It ran across my feet, up the side of my bed, onto the nightstand beside my bed, and then jumped onto the floor and dashed behind the chest of drawers all within seconds of me sitting up in total terror. After I stopped breathing so hard, I jumped up and turned on the lights, hoping to see another glimpse of it! I got down on my knees and looked under the chest of drawers, and sure enough, I could see the outline of a small rodent. I threw shoes and everything I could find, but it would not bulge and plus by now the lights on full beam. Anyway, I jumped back onto the bed and waited. Finally, I saw its head peep from behind the drawers; it waited, and then ran under the door. It was a damn field mouse!! I immediately got towels from inside my bedroom and stuffed them under each door. I pay entirely too much to live like a third world citizen. Even my dog was afraid! You can imagine how I felt; I am horrified of rats, mice, and anything of the type! If you enjoy losing sleep, and fighting field mice on any occasion, move to Oxford Ridge! Oh yeah, and the property manager Sucks! She is one of the most incompetent, useless individuals I have every met that has the word Manager after their name. My lease is almost up.....I m absolutely O-U-T! My advice to you. Think Twice!

I am a resident of the Oxford Ridge Apartment and have been there awhile. I would not recomend these apartments....AT ALL !!!!!!! I have huge rats and the management refuses to compensate or adjust the problem. The units are poorly built and they are only about 4 years old. The kitchen sink back up into the dishwasher, every handle in the apartment has fallen off at some point or another, I am not even able to clean my unit properly because the paint rubs off of the fixtures,and there are so many more issues that it would take me two days to list them here. As for the management they are all smiles and no action,it takes them atleast a week or longer to fix even the most simplest of problems. And frankly for the price they are just not safe...The units or the atomsphear. THINK BEFOR YOU LEASE!
