i moved in here last may 07 on a great promo however when it was time to renew my lease, my rental rate jumped from $830 to $1050. My neighbors' rate for the same unit ranged from $875 to $975. In addition, they have had several car break-ins and the walls are extremely thin. Lastly, the units in the center of the complex are not well lit. Management & staff is very unsympathetic, greedy and at times unfriendly. The complex is extremely overpriced and not worth it.

I disagree. The same happened to me when my renewal came up and rent went up, but the leasing agent stressed to me that by taking a larger concession spread the first year would bump it up later at renewal. She gave me the option to take it up front or spread it and I chose the way I wanted it. I have always been treated with friendliness.

I disagree. I have lived here three years and I find the staff to be very rude at times. My rent also spiked heavily and I was given no recourse. Furthermore, Dawn the property manager is concerned only with appeasing tenants who are willing to complain to the corporate office. In her decision making she will rule unfair because of this. Dawn is the worst property manager to manage this property and because of this I am not renewing. You would think that the for the amount of rent we are paying tenants deserve a more customer friendly atmosphere. Her management style clearly speaks to a white superiority mentality while supervising a majority black staff and majority black rental community. The walls are extremely thin, I often times hear my neighbor snoring and the grounds are not very well lit at night. I am single and I don't recommend. I see this property going extrememly down in the future. This property has a pet policy of no agressive breeds, yet they are allowing pit bulls to reside in the complex. This is highly unsafe. I would not recommend this complex.
