I have lived here three years and I find the staff to be very rude at times. My rent also spiked heavily and I was given no recourse. Furthermore, Dawn the property manager is concerned only with appeasing tenants who are willing to complain to the corporate office. In her decision making she will rule unfair because of this. Dawn is the worst property manager to manage this property and because of this I am not renewing. You would think that the for the amount of rent we are paying tenants deserve a more customer friendly atmosphere. Her management style clearly speaks to a white superiority mentality while supervising a majority black staff and majority black rental community. The walls are extremely thin, I often times hear my neighbor snoring and the grounds are not very well lit at night. I am single and I don't recommend. I see this property going extrememly down in the future. This property has a pet policy of no agressive breeds, yet they are allowing pit bulls to reside in the complex. This is highly unsafe. I would not recommend this complex.
