I'm a single, new professional female, and this place is perfect for me. I moved in April, so I've been here 5 months so far. I read the reviews on this website (unfortunately) before moving here and actually addressed the mouse issue with a leasing officer when I visited the place. They were honest and said yes, they did have mice problems due to construction nearby. They said they were working on that problem, and in my apartment, I have seen 0 mice. The people at the office are always nice and friendly when I go in there to pay rent, or make a maintenence request. The place is very convenient for me because of the Market Place, which has just about everything. (Though I would prefer a Kroger to a Publix grocery store). Not to mention there's a movie theater :) I like living right by I-285. Makes getting where I need to go not so bad at all.
