Regency Park.. where shall I start. Lets go down the list of maintenance issues that i have had for the past year that I have resided there. My window was hit by a rock, and it is barely holding together,( I duct taped it!)Ghetto, and by the way has been reported and never fixed! The tile in the shower is rotting, The toliet stops flushing every other day and please don't expect to get any a/c during these hot a@# summers, cause it aint happening. If you have option of moving into these apartments or killing yourself, please choose the second!
