BECAUSE YOU DO NOT KNOW THE AREAS AND EVERYTHING LOOKS WONDERFUL ON THE INTERNET, BEWARE OF THIS APARTMENT COMMUNITY. THEY SHOWED ME A GREAT DEMO OF AN APARTMENT AND PUT ME IN NIGHTMARE CENTRAL. THE APARTMENTS IN THE SURROUNDING AREA WAS BOARDED UP AND HAD VERY BAD GRAFFITI ON THE WALLS, THE STREETS HAD POT HOLES AND THE ENTIRE AREA LOOKED LIKE THE PROJECTS. I TRIED TO GET BACK MY DEPOSIT AND WAS TOLD THAT I COULD'NT. TO EVERYONE LOOKING TO RELOCATED TO ATLANTA AND THE ONLY RESOURCE YOU HAVE IS THE INTERNET BEWARE OF REGENCY PARK APARTMENTS IN EAST POINT GA
