My first week of moving into these apartments, I had a very rude neighbor. He would party and play really loud music all times of the night. I have had to call the police several times. When I took this up with management, they didn't do anything about it. This went on for about four or five months. I wrote the corporate office (Jamco Properties) and they didn't do anything either. In the back of the apartments, there are a group of teenagers who sell drugs and do some of everything else. And the walls are paper thin, I can hear my neighbors cough. People have reported their cars stolen. And I wrote the Better Business Bureau because at this point I was ready to move. The company (Stonetree) replied by saying that I had been trying to move into another apartment at a discounted rate. So, I would not recommend these apartments because they do not have a courtesy officer on site (as stated) and management DOES NOT care about their tenants.

We have a new manager now and better pest control. We just finished a renovation on the exterior and this really is a great place to live.. We are sorry that you had a bad experience under the old manager. Please check us out now! You will like what you see (and experience)
