Just wanted to make any prospective renters aware:
1) My building has never been pressure washed since I have lived here (3 years). I was told that "the maintenance guy doesn't like to do that".
2) Security light outside my door has not been replaced in four months since I have asked. (I guess the maintenance guy doesn't like to replace light bulbs either).
3) Lighting is not sufficeint for safety and parking lot lights often go out.
4) The one office manger's concern is to get new renter's in. Then she could care less.
6) If you try to bypass her and call the corporate offices, they never return your phone calls.
