Me and my family are military, and since we been living here, it has been horrible, it is roach infested, and ants are everywhere. It is really ghetto over here, someone is always breaking in someones apartment, and it is horrible. I read these reviews before moving in, because I didn't think that the apartment was so bad, but once we moved here, the roaches started coming out, ants everywhere, mold in closed on the wall, my toliet stayed leaking for no reason at all. It is a nightmare here, and if you try to move or break your lease you have to pay two months of rent, plus one additional month. This place is not military friendly at all, my husband just got back from kuwait, and in order to add him on my list they are charging me and arm and a leg. Do yourself a favor and other people trying to move to cobblestone, DO NOT MOVE HERE PLEASE, Look for something else please. I"m begging you!
