I am a new tenant to Cobblestone Flats who found out much too late that this is the worst place to rent. My unit had problems that I chose to overlook at the walk through because the rep was so nice and promised that any issues would be fixed prior to us moving in, so we signed like idiots. None of our problems such, as the ice maker that did not work, instead of fixing it or getting me a new one they removed it, the bathroom still has ants, there is mold in the sunroom window and it is being held together by what looks like snot, there is mold in the wall,the doorframe was broken, the garbage disopsal was broken, stove does not work, carpet was dirty,they promised to clean it but did not, unit was half painted and bathroom has low water pressure. THIS IS A SLUM!!! PLEASE BE WARNED. I FOUND OUT TOO LATE BUT IF YOU ARE READING THIS PRIOR TO RENTING A UNIT R-U-N AS FAST AS YOU CAN AND DO NOT LOOK BACK. THE RUDE, LYING STAFF MAY BE BEHIND YOU TRYING TO PRESUADE YOU TO STAY.
