I guest its a ok neigborhood but, my partner who lives there don't think so. Its peaceful and quiet too quiet for him but,summer will tell it all.He see's some problems that can spill over to some minor confrontations the kids are out of control at times and people keep to themselves.

My partner say the rent is not worth it in the long run because he feel the same thing might happen as he stayed in the other apts. he pay rent nothing get done or a shooting waiting to happen.He said some people been killed around the area in another set of apts near here a couple of months back but, he so use to it, he not worried.
