I lived here for two years. Thank God I moved. We actually had to break our lease because of the staff. Yes we had bugs, squirrels in the attic, and heavy drug use but lets get past that. The staff is the best reason to move. They changed leasing managers so often somebody needs to do rehiring in their human resources department!! The last lady we had was so rude! We couldn't find her for three days when another neighbor had a sewage backup in their apartment. We couldn't find her for two days when I noticed a gas leak in my apartment. (there was actually five leaks) I called Atlanta Gas and they came out to turn it off. She manager got mad at me for calling. What am I suppose to do die' A collection of neighbors and I had many complaints about her and they way she conducted business. Due to the fact that she was never around I went to her superiors. She turned on me and stated that I was not on the lease and we needed to move in 30 days on the grounds that I was harassing my neighbors. LOL!!! We went to our lawyer and let them all know that we were ready to sue. I sent that with an affidavit from all my neighbors stating I have never harassed them.

We agreed to move to get away from them and we did it on our terms, not theirs. I will never move back there!!
