Positive Feedback - I am a tenant of Cobblestone Flat Apartments and have been since 2009. They were a terrible place to reside, but now that they are under new management(JMG Realty), they have made a tremendous improvement. There have been a large amount of evictions(violators)and move-outs for whatever reason. It is now a good place of resident. Bad Experience! Stop...U-turn.....go back......don't go near these apartments! It's infested with low life ghetto thugs! There's all sorts of violence and break ins! The staff are useless as ---- on a bull!!!! I think the staff are ghetto gangsters too! I wouldn't spit on the thugs

I can only speak for my experience here but it has been a pleasant one. The change in management was a good move that has resulted in uplifting our experience from frustrating and stressful to downright enjoyable. The apartments are older but well maintained and the common areas are beautiful.

GREAT FOR THE AREA This apartment community is good for the area and the money. The staff is very dependable, friendly and nice. The apartments are old but the maintenance guy is great. I have been looking at other places in the area and for the area these are the best.

HORRIBLE I'm the military and had to break my lease to go to basic training and they charged me 1600 for a insufficient notice. I can't think of a better excuse to break a lease, all together they charge me 3100.00 in fees for not giving them a 60 day notice and i had 21 days to go

Dangerous and Disgusting I currently am living in the complex. In one month i have had two water leaks and a break in. The apartments are roach infested and the appliances are as old as the apartments. There is water damage and the floor tile looks like school tile. I have recently heard of murders

PIECE of BLEEP LIVING! Yes this was the most ghetto place I have stayed to date and the late fees are ridiculous as well as the up keep. The water was always off. And even though they sprayed I still had roaches, ants, and water bugs! I couldn't take it I broke my lease ----!

RENTERS BEWARE!!!! COBBLESTONE WAS VERY QUIET TWO YEARS AGO, BUT NOW THE SCREENING FOR NEW TENANTS HAS LAPSE TO A POOR STATE. I AM VERY UNCOMFORTABLE LIVING HERE. I HAVE VOICED MY OPINION TO MANAGEMENT, BUT NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. I WILL NOT BE RENEWING MY LEASE.

Its not that bad! I stayed here for 1 year and I did not like all the notes on the door and I did get my temporary tag stolen off my car but hey no physical damage. Yeah its a bit ghetto but what do you expect its metro Atlanta, but for the price its a decent place to stay.
