I have lived here for 3 months. We moved here because we have 3 school age kids and we needed a bigger place. The rent on this appartment is way too high. There are NO ammenities at all and the office is hardly ever open. There are a lot of kids here and there is nothing for them to do. The management recently put out a notice that the kids are only to play in the postage stamp size area behind the appartment. I feel like it's a nice appartment but they simply can't compete with the others in the area that charge the same rent. Oh and did I mention the $150 LATE FEE if you turn in your rent after the 3rd'
