I rented my apartment more than 3 weeks prior to my moving in.

You would think that this would be ample time for the management staff to complete getting my apartment ready for move-in.

Apparently it takes every bit of 3 weeks and then some.

I asked for 3 solid weeks to view my apartment the painter isnt done; when he is Ill let you in to see it.

Well that day came and went for 3 weeks.

The day before move in the management asks what kind of dead line are you onwell my moving truck will be here with my stuff on X day.

Guess what..my apartment was FILTHY, the carpet had not been cleaned, the walls look like the apartment is over 50 yrs old (I think they are about 20 or so) they painted over wallpaper and it looks like they tried to strip it at one point, but decided that was too much work.

Then I find out that all my neighbors are on welfare..guess that is my fault though.

I should have checked the area out better.

Getting a hold of the management is like pulling teeth out of a new born tooI was supposed to have something replaced before move in---- its now going on over 1 month of residency and still dont have the new one! Management will call you back at their convenience 2-3 days later.

This place is run by a Real-estate company no onsite management or governing AT ALL.

O-YA forgot bout the train.........once you get used to it, then it's not soooo bad, but my entire apartment shakes when it comes by and it does come by about 20 a day.........beware!!!!

Outside lighting........what's that' None here!
