Walden Glen was the nicest apt I had seen when I first moved to Augusta. They are pretty new, so that's definately a plus. The staff has been very personable & accomodating from day one. The apts are spacious & modern--in comparison to other apts I've seen here. As a tenant, you have free access to the business center (internet, copiers, free local faxes) and also the gym. I have to admit the rent is a little pricey -in my opinion- for Augusta. I would expect to pay this much in Atlanta. I didn't think we'd pay a lot for an apt in Augusta, but you get what you pay for. I hear Columbia county has the better schools, so if you have kids this would probably be a good location (There's also a daycare center right next door). Walden Glen is convenient to shopping centers, libraries, restuaurants, etc. Overall, I would recommend Walden Glen to anyone who can afford the rent :)
