I have lived here for 8 months and it sucks.

There are things that I reported broken on my intial walk thru and they still are not fixed.

I have sent in several request! Maintance man on site uses the car wash to fix his car and for covered parking for his friends-so much for the car wash area.

Trash cans are always over filled and trash every where.

I agree, tried to wash my car and could not get in because of maint staff, a camper and a motorcycle parked in the bay.
