If anything in your apartment breaks-forget about maintenance coming to repair it.

In the 106 degree weather they don't even bother to fix your central air! After hours emergency maintenance pages go ignored-IF maintenance manages to respond, expect some attitude from the guy.

(There are two maint.

workers and I don't know their names) but they need to find themselves new jobs!!! There must be a serious lack of communication between the office employees and them.

I'm not sure who is to blame for for their inability to take care of their residents.

I'm glad for your sake that Maint. has been timely. I'm not sure what you are talking about when you mention car fixing- that was not in my post. We are people that pay our rent on time, follow rules and have rarely ever had a maint. issue, yet we were outright ignored when we called. I think that is worth pointing out to potential residents!

I have seen the Maint staff working on their trucks in the carwash bay numerous times. I have lived here for a few months and will NOT be renewing. The quality of the apartments does not nearly equal the price I pay per month. I can live with filthy carpet(not changed since the previous tenant) and dishwashers not attached to the cabinets for lots less. Next time I will pay more but get more also.
