We just moved in a couple of months ago and I love it! The office staff is very friendly, as are the maintenance men. I love the property, especially the gym and dog park. Evans is a great place to live and I feel very safe here. My kids love getting off the bus and going to the clubhouse where the staff gives them cookies! I don't expect things to always stay this good but as of now things couldn't get any better!
