Think Twice

Renter beware.

Before moving I did the review circuit and seen several negative remarks but figured it could not be like that after seeing the demo (key word) apartment and talking with staff.

We have been here for five months they still have not replaced something as simple as a window blink; extremely dusty (I dust everyday other day but it really should be done everyday); walls are paper thin (if you rent make sure you are on the top floor) if not it will seem like elephants are walking on your head; on the other side of the wall of the master bedroom is the stairway and when someone is coming or going, whether it be 1:00 pm or 1:00 am you will think they are in your bedroom (one night someone was coming in drunk and hit the wall, which caused the wall to vibrate and shake the headboard of my bed and woke my husband out of a dead sleep.

You think you are getting a good deal for the money but once again shop around and if you can find a house to rent or lease it is best to go that route.

If you do decide to rent make sure it is a short term lease so once you get the full experience you are not locked into a year and then you can start looking for another place to live because YOU WILL.
