if your military don't live here. if your pay gets messed up they don't work with you at all and if its not paid by the 5th you have to pay the late fee and it is 85 dollars and on the 11th they give an eviction notice and you have to pay 200 court costs for that. the air conditioning never works right and neither does the heat..... when i moved in i paid 30 extra dollars for them to provide the washer and dryer it took 10 days for them to get it in my apt. i have a newborn who crawls around on nasty carpet and BUGS BUGS BUGS!!! i don't know who they use for bugs but they are horrible.....the stairs are so gross that even when they pressure wash they are still gross.....the cabinets all fall off their hinges and the bathroom will fall on your toes if you aren't careful. my husband had to screw every one of them back on cuz they would fall off every time i opened them. the bathrooms toilets are the nastiest things ive ever seen and the parking is the worst thing i have ever witnessed if your not in by 9 pm don't expect to get a parking spot anywhere close to your own building. i pay 930 a month and it is not worth it i would not recommend these to someone i hated. they paved the roads while i lived there and they dont care if you sleep during the day they are so load and they cut grass at the crack of dawn on Thursdays and they are very load. nothing works appliance wise my garbage disposal never worked. there is hot water for about 5 minutes cuz they charge you for water and are so cheap your hot water honestly doesn't last for a whole shower. the walls are paper thin. im glad i lived on the third floor cuz i could only imagine how loud the floors on top would be.my refrigerator was not cleaned well when i moved in they didn't clean under the drawers on the bottom and there was some orange crud that had mold on it. the white counter tops stain so easy and when i say easy i mean don't sit anything on them trust me its bad.....i submitted photos of the toilet and i cleaned it completely thats how dirty it just is. the air duct picture notice anything missing yeah there is no filter and hasn't had one since i have lived here ive been here almost 4 months....there is some nasty hole in my sons closet i complained about upon move in and its still there looks like a burn and almost looks like someone tried to fix it and forgot.....the stairs i also took a pic of they are gross and they pressure washed 3 weeks ago....also underneath the cabinets are sticky and stained i couldn't clean mine there is a picture of that as well. they were so dirty i didn't want to put anything on them. i would definitely say if your looking at these don't. go to woodhill instead the exterior isnt as nice but the interior is and they even have a free fishing pond a maid service and end up being cheaper because walden glen tack on a ton of fees my rent was supposed to be 855 and i pay 930. and you also cannot choose which cable service and they are exclusive to knology and knology sucks opposed to comcast. my utility bill is 180 dollars probably because i don't have an air filter.

I am here to say, the ac constantly freezes up. Have to turn off for an hour then turn back on. And yes, they pressure washed but the walkway in front of my place is NASTY! There is a parked car in parking lot that has been in the handicapped space for God only knows how long. Has dirt underneath it, and is an eye sore. Also, the air filter does not go to where the pic is of in the wall. goes into the unit in the storage closet. is a different system. there are stains in my cabinets also. I think this place is beginning to show its age and they need to do some major rennovating.
