Concord Management is Horrible

The management on this property is horrible.
The place has leaking water through the windows and the mainenance does nothing.
I heard that this is owned by some group called CED, and found out that the head of that group is a --------------.
He should be forced to live here and see how bad the conditions are.
If you go to their website, it also has ---------- as the owner of Concord.
He should live here too.

Concord now manages our Nautilus Cove Condo complex in Panama City Beach Florida. Too soon to know about how good or bad they are, this is their 2nd time here, first time they were here about six weeks and got bounced out in a 2 min. Emergency BOD meeting that no one, incl. the Pres of Concord will talk about. See also: http://nautiluscondosrules.blogspot.com They are also on the RipOff Report http://badbusinessbureau.com

To be honest,stone harbor is just 1 step up from the ghetto,poor management,poor mantaince,cheap appliances,that make a lot of noice or don't get your dishes clean.front doors that don't close right and let in bugs spides and snakes.6 management people and 5 maintance people fired or quit in two1/2 years,gated community that the gates haven't worked in 6 months.they have raised the rent 4 times in the same period.Save your money and find a nice place.all of this is 100% true

As long ago as July 2008, Concord was on the radar scope as a problem management company and things have only gotten worse lately with their major error in saying that the election date would be July 25th and now with them continuing to deposit owner payments into the developer account. I have updated a July 1, 2008 post at http://tinyurl.com/2babpka to keep readers nationwide aware of the problems that Concord is causing here at Nautilus Cove.

Dont get a job thry COncord they put your thru everything an a poor guy didnt get the job due to he did not fit the enviroment but yet he passed all tests DS/bkgrd/and their written test which he was told did very high...
