Concord Management is Horrible

The management on this property is horrible. The place has leaking water through the windows and the mainenance does nothing.

I heard that this is owned by some group called CED, and found out that the head of that group is a Mike Sciarrino. He should be forced to live here and see how bad the conditions are.

If you go to their website, it also has Ed Kleiman as the owner of Concord. He should live here too.

Concord now manages our Nautilus Cove Condo complex in Panama City Beach Florida. Too soon to know about how good or bad they are, this is their 2nd time here, first time they were here about six weeks and got bounced out in a 2 min.
