This person is my neighbor and negative to begin with! Yes, it true they had a water leak in their window but big deal..new construction dude! They fixed it right away, get a life a complain about something new for a change! It beautiful here, except for your attitude, it a great place to live! If you can't be part of the neighborhood, move out and leave us in peace!
